1. About LunaroSync
LunaroSync is an online eCommerce store that sells home organization products designed to help customers create cleaner, neater, and more functional living spaces.
Our store operates online through Shopify. We do not operate a physical retail location at this time.
2. Online Store Use

- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
- Copy, reproduce, or misuse our content, images, branding, or product descriptions.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible, including product images, colors, descriptions, sizes, and features.
However, we do not guarantee that all product images, colors, or details will appear exactly the same on every device or screen. Minor differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or supplier changes.

4. Pricing and Availability

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, typographical error, or supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and issue a refund if payment has already been processed.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. LunaroSync does not directly store your full payment card information.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Fraud concerns
- Incorrect pricing
- Incorrect product information
- Shipping restrictions
- Mistakes in customer information
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when applicable.
6. Shipping and Delivery
LunaroSync sells products online and ships orders to customers based on the shipping options available at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, shipping carrier, destination, order volume, holidays, weather delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If we provide a specific shipping or delivery timeframe, we aim to meet that timeframe. Under FTC rules for internet orders, sellers should have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times; if no shipping time is stated, sellers generally must have a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days. If shipping is delayed beyond the promised time, the seller must notify the customer and either get consent to the delay or provide a refund when required.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. LunaroSync is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Taxes
Sales tax, if applicable, may be calculated and charged at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address and applicable tax laws.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, customs fees, or other charges that may apply to their order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our separate Return and Refund Policy.
Please review our Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase. We may require proof of purchase, photos of damaged items, return authorization, or other information before approving a return or refund.
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at LunaroSync@outlook.com within 3 days (72 Hours) of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, store credit, or other solution is appropriate.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery may be handled by third-party carriers. LunaroSync is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside of our control.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer claims it was not received, the customer may need to contact the shipping carrier directly. We may assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to fulfillment.
If an order has already shipped, the customer may need to follow our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers may have the option to create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update your account information when necessary.
LunaroSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts that are suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
