What is your return policy?
Customers have 3 days, also known as 72 hours, from the time of delivery to request a return or refund.
The 72-hour window begins when the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. To request a return or refund, please contact us at LunaroSync@outlook.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging when applicable. Return requests made after 72 hours from delivery may not be accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods available at checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify.
Our checkout is secure and encrypted to help protect your payment information.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at LunaroSync@outlook.com.
We recommend contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order, but AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If your order has already shipped, it may need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, LunaroSync ships to only to:
- United States
We do not currently offer international shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping costs, delivery times, customs fees, and import duties may vary by destination.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Estimated delivery time after processing is usually 7–15 business days, depending on the product, destination, shipping carrier, customs, weather, holidays, and fulfillment location.
Please note that processing and delivery times may be delayed due to high order volume, supplier delays, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays observed in China, and United States holidays that affect shipping carriers.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, LunaroSync offers free standard shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package. Tracking updates may sometimes be delayed, especially during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.
What should I do if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the shipping carrier.
LunaroSync is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after the carrier marks them as delivered. However, you may contact us at LunaroSync@outlook.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at LunaroSync@outlook.com.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos or videos of the damaged item
- Photos of the Packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
How do I find my size?
Product measurements and details are listed on each product page whenever available.
Before placing an order, please review the product dimensions, size details, photos, and descriptions carefully to make sure the item fits your intended space.
For home organization products, we recommend measuring the area where you plan to use the item before purchasing.
